Governors

Our school governors are volunteers who are drawn from parents, the local community and diocese. They undertake training to offer support and act as a ‘critical friend’ to the school, with a view to ensuring the best learning experience possible for our children in a happy safe and caring environment. This includes setting targets for pupil achievement, managing the school's finances, making sure the curriculum is balanced and broadly based, appointing staff and reviewing staff performance and pay and much more.

The Governors always welcome contact and feedback from parents or members of the local community. The Governors can be contacted via the school office. Please address any correspondence for the attention of the Chair of Governors.
